This rifle built in the Berks Co.- Reading school 1790's to 1810 is stocked in Red Maple and has a 40cal  38" Green Mountain tapered and flared barrel. The lock is a cosmetically modified Siler lock. The guard and butt plate are commercial castings. All other parts are hand made.

This rifle built in the Berks Co.- Reading school 1790's to 1810 is stocked in Sugar Maple and has a 54cal  44" Getz tapered and flared barrel. The lock is a Siler lock. The butt plate and sling swivels are commercial castings and the trigger guard is sand cast. All other parts are hand made.
